Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Coordinator is part of Revalesio’s Clinical Group responsibe for managing, planning, startup, and execution of Revalesio’s clinical trials and reports to the Clinical Operations Manager. This position is a hybrid position (3 days/week on site in Tacoma, WA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects and activities of Revalesio’s clinical trials directly or in collaboration with a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), including general project management, participation in site initiation, and maintaining established timelines and budgets
  • Review and/or create trial specific documents and materials
  • Ensure the scientific integrity of each clinical trial is maintained throughout the trial’s lifecycle
  • Collaborate with regulatory compliance personal to ensure compliance with local, federal, and country specific requirements
  • Manage clinical sample coordination with third party vendors
  • Maintain Trial Master Files as needed
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders associated with Revalesio’s clinical trials and maintain effective communication
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of study and participant data, and business operations at all times
  • Comply with all rules and regulations as applicable to clinical trials
  • Participate in the review of various scientific materials
  • Work as part of a team implementing Good Clinical Practice systems
  • Various administrative or creative tasks to support the mission of the company

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of clinical research organization, biotech/pharma company, and/or clinical project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Excellent problem solving/decision making skills
  • Outstanding project management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multifaceted projects
Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
